RETURN POLICY AS OF 9/1/2023
Here at Invicta Stores, we want you to feel like every order is the perfect fit and that it’s exactly what you wanted. If it’s not right, we want to fix it and make you happy.
Returns within the US
Invictastores.com will accept your return for items which have not been worn or have not been altered within 14 days of delivery.
Returns received after the 14 days of delivery and/or with any visible wear or alteration will be charged a 40% restocking fee which will be deducted from your total refund. All original product packaging, including boxes, UPCs, bags, or any items used to wrap and protect the item should be returned. Items must have original tags, labels, and/or any accompanying materials in the state that they were originally included.
If your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions will not apply. In this case, we will work with you to find the best solution.
Please notify us within 3 business days of delivery if you received an item(s) incorrect, damaged, or missing from the order.
To process your return online, visit the Orders & Returns page. Please note that it is at the discretion of Invicta Stores to issue a pre-paid return label. Should any type of fraud or unlawful behavior be detected, we reserve the right to decline the return.

Final Sale
All ordered items will be considered final sale 30 days after the delivery date and are not returnable thereafter. In addition, all items marked as final sale are not returnable. Final sale items include but are not limited to Gift Cards, Fragrances, Limited First Edition watches (identified by an N1 suffix in the item number and "1 of x" on the caseback), Unique Anthology watches and renewed watches. We will not issue refunds or credit on final sale items..
Refund Options
Returns may be issued back to the original form of payment used in the initial purchase. If your returned order or item is under ¥30,500, a fee of ¥1,900 will be deducted from your refund amount along with any shipping fees.
Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made between 11/6/23 and 1/7/24, will be eligible for return through 1/21/24. Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
When will I receive my refund?
For refunds, most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days but varies by institution. Please contact your bank for further details.
For all other refund methods, please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to fully process your return and issue your refund. You will receive a confirmation via email as soon as the process is completed.
Can I Return an Online Purchase In-Store?
You may return any eligible item purchased on InvictaStores.com to any one of our official retail locations (visit our store locator to find one near of you).
To return an online purchase in-store, you must first contact our Customer Service department via email at [email protected] or via phone at 1 (844) 468-4282 to request the store location of your choice. Your customer service representative will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label and form listing the item(s) you will be returning. Both the label and form need to be printed and brought to the store to complete the return. Visit your selected store and return your item to an associate. They will issue you a full refund in the form of in-store credit.
- Your credit can be used at any Invicta Stores retail location.
- It will never expire
- It can only be redeemed in-store, not online.
*Online items listed as Final Sale are not eligible for in-store or online returns.
Returns Outside of the US
Returns or exchanges cannot be facilitated due to the complexities of international shipping. If your order requires any considerations, please contact customer service.
